• Analytics data: pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

• Contact data: your name, email address, phone number or any information you choose to share when you contact me via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or phone.

• Coaching data: if you become a coaching client, training plans, performance data, and related information you share are processed through TrainingPeaks, a third-party coaching platform.

• To understand how visitors use this website and improve it (analytics, based on your consent).

• To respond to your questions and coaching inquiries (based on your consent or my legitimate interest in providing information you requested).

• To provide coaching services if you become a client (based on the performance of our coaching agreement).

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics only loads after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

• Analytics cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) are set by Google Analytics and typically expire after up to 14 months.

• Data collected includes pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information. It does not include your name or contact details.

• You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the cookie banner again on your next visit.

I use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): website analytics, only with your consent.

• TrainingPeaks: training plan delivery and performance tracking for coaching clients.

• WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber (Meta, Telegram FZ-LLC, Rakuten Viber): messaging platforms used to communicate with you if you contact me through them.

Google Analytics may transfer data to servers located outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to safeguard your data in these cases.

• Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

• Messages and contact details you share with me are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless you become a coaching client.

• Coaching client data is retained for the duration of our coaching relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, as required for legal or accounting purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you.

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable.

• Restrict the processing of your data.

• Object to the processing of your data.

• Port your data to another provider, where technically feasible.

• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, which in Spain is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

To exercise any of these rights, including requesting the deletion of your data, contact me directly at [email protected]. I will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR.

This website is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
